Strawberry dessert with cheese
330 g strawberries 2 gelatin leaves 24 g powdered sugar 6 cl mineral water
Light cream: 60 g of strawberries 13.5 cl liquid cream with 35% fat 135 g white cheese with 0% fat 1 sheet of gelatin Sweetener
Decoration: 6 strawberries and chocolate to melt.
Meter gelatin in water. Place 120g of strawberries, sugar and mineral water in a pot and bring to a boil. Remove immediately from heat, stir and add the drained gelatin in the liquid is hot.
Cut 90 g of sliced strawberries and stick to vessel walls as decoration. Spread the remaining strawberries in the vessels. Pour fruit gelatin over half of the vessel.
Prepare new strawberry pulp with 3 cl of water, without adding sugar, add the drained gelatin while it is hot and sift. Allow to cool.
Light cream Preparation:
Whip cream, mix thoroughly with cream cheese. Incorporate the drill preparation. Spread over fruit.
Place in the refrigerator for one hour.
Garnish each glass with a strawberry cut in two zigzag and add some chocolate flakes.
